Stains on bed linen, pillow case had stauns and room was not that clean. Had to call to ask for ew sheets and blankets but new ones were also stained.

Broken hair dryer. Garbage behind console in room 12027. Didn’t receive housekeeping on even the limited schedule we agreed too. 2 bath towels for a room booked for 4 people. The hotel itself was very nice, but is clearly suffering from staff issues. Pool area was beautiful. B Lime diner was great for a quick meal and great service.

This property ruined what was suppose to be a magical birthday/anniversary celebration. On our first day checking in the guy who checked us in was great he deserves a manager position because thats how you work with people now the turn. We got our keys went uo unloaded the suit cases and proceeded to look for lunch during this time the Hotel caught FIRE yes actual fire 2 floors directly below ours we were told we could wait in the lobby or go out for a little bit. 4 hours later pass and we were finally given a 2nd room one of which still had garbage in it and no shower curtain fast forward 2 more hours and we were now allowed to go collect our belongings and we weren't given proper gear to walk on a floor that had just been smoked covered we could not breathe and our eyes had become extremely irritated trying to collect our belongings once we did get them they were completely smoked logged and needed to be dry cleaned brand new clothes with tags management decided not to start laundry till after 930pm in which we were stuck in our new room with the clothes we had on our backs for the last 18 hours unable to shower or go get dinner we did not get out stuff till after 8am the next day. We lost an entire day of our 2 day stay at this property we were made homeless in florida with no clothes at a time we were supposed to be on vacation. We were made to feel like a inconvenience for choosing this property for our vacation stay.
