Meh! Not as expected - timeshare property
First thing to note is this hotel is a time share property which wasn't mentioned on hotels.com when booking. The check-in process was long and tedious and involved multiple steps. Parking pass had to be collected from separate counter where they also tried to sell you dinners and other things. The check-in process took about 45 minutes plus parking pass wait line. Once we finally got to the building we were staying in, we wasted another 10 minutes looking for parking as it is scarce. The room itself was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable and not the usual Hilton standard. The room was clean but balcony was dirty. I also didn't like the intro text message where they address my partner and I as Mr and Mrs. Very old school.
