The location is good close to mall of Asia and airport. Outside smells like urine and human waste if you walk to the mall of Asia. In hotel escalators didn’t work and half of the elevators were not working. Had to wait an hour after check in time to get into room dues to not being cleaned. Room key didn’t work a few times so had to get reprogrammed a few times.

Everything was great but little bugs come out from the bathroom shower sinks. Otherwise, all is well. Loved the location and affordable price. The rooms are spacious and breakfast are so good.
