We were really happy with this hotel - the size of their rooms in NYC are amazing and the bed was very comfortable (we both commented on how cpmfortable it was). If you are going to a show on Broadway, this hotel's location is Super convenient. The staff was all friendly except they had a door man who never once opened the door for us.... kind of weird. Lots of dinig options wothin blocks of the hotel. Hotel was beautiful. One thing to note is there are jot coffee makers in the rooms.

This was our first visit to Romer Hell's Kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. The room and bathroom were "spacious" and the room was very quiet. We found the beds to be super comfortable and I'm very picky about beds! The curtains were heavy enough to block out the light which is a bonus! My one criticism is that there is a rain shower head in the bathroom. I dislike rain shower heads as a rule because by the time the water gets to my level it just dribbles out making it extremely challenging to wash and rinse hair and to rinse soap off in general. One thing to be aware of is that there are automatic lights in the front entry and bathroom that turn on with the smallest of movement. We later found out that these can be turned off. The wifi was great our entire stay. They have Netflix on the t.v., so we were able to watch while winding down for the night. Shout out to Joan at the front desk. She was a wealth of information. Shout out to Eugene who helped us with our bags and getting transportation for us. And last but not least, shout out to Jai who helped us with the door, bags and car. Joan, Eugene and Jain were all fabulous!

The property is very conveniently located near theaters and museums. It has a cool, art deco vibe and quiet, comfortable rooms. However, the restaurant/bar is not yet open and the "cafe" is wholly inadequate for even continental breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and there is no coffee in the room. Not ok for me, just sayin.

The hotel was perfectly located near multiple museums, great restaurants, Central Park, Broadway, and Times Square. Subway stops on block South and two blocks North. Staff was very helpful, and the room was incredible spacious (for NYC), quiet, and comfortable. I can't wait to return once the restaurant/bar are available onsite!
