Amazing Location and Condo
We spent a week at this condo in Sandpoint. My family and I travel extensively and have for years and this is definitely one of the best summer vacations we have ever had. We rented a boat slip - lake is amazing and quiet and the condo complex is amazing. James was an incredible host and the condo was set up very very well.

Very nice place! It’s too bad I don’t cook while on vacation because the kitchen was absolutely stocked with everything. I can’t believe we have a supply chain shortage with all the trains that we’re going by!!!

Great condo/great view
This is a beautiful condo right on the lake with fantastic amenities. Love having a private beach right on the lake, fitness, heated pool, hot tub, etc. All very private and delightful. Only negative is it sits right by the train rails which goes day and night. If you bring ear plugs, not a problem since the condo is pretty sound proof.

This is a beautiful condo! We loved the balcony overlooking the lake and all the little touches that make you feel comfortable away from home. James is very responsive and helpful, but not intrusive. We loved the security garage for our car and the included bikes for zipping around town. I would only mention that you do hear the trains come through at night, but they didn't bother us.

Gorgeous, comfortable and excellent service
The views from this property are spectacular showcasing the lake with the surrounding mountains. This specific condo is very luxurious with high end decor and appliances. The beds were VERY comfortable even our teenage girls mentioned how well they slept! The only minor negative is because this is a corner unit you hear the nearby train more than you would in the middle units. However, as long as the windows are closed at night it’s not too bad and there are also white noise machines available that help. Furthermore, the property manager James is a fantastic guy that will go above and beyond to address any issues immediately to make your stay comfortable. Overall, this is a five star property and we will definitely go back!
