The plane was dirty. Trash in the seats.
It is a hasle to get around LaGuardia airport. It took me two hours from dropping my rentacar off to terminal D using shuttles. Then walked unending to the gate!! Not happy about it
Make allowances for "social distancing"
Our flight was delayed for takeoff and the pilot told us it would be for 15 minutes. He would let us know what was happening. He never came back on the intercom and we left ONE hour after out schedule departure time.
Everyone was calm in the midst of the Coronavirus!
For a person who hates flying the pilot did an amazing job
Knoxville location is top notch in customer service. The food court/Starbucks people are very nice. great experience!
Nice being able to watch TV and keep up with news since there is a pandemic.
There was an issue with airport staff my husband needed assistance with getting to our gate and there was a golf cart and a Delta person near it and I asked if someone could give my husband a ride to our gate due to he was having issues with shortness of breath due to the walk she said yes she would find driver upon finding someone he wanted to argue about how they were going to get him there and they asked at least 6 times what gate a third person got into the argument and I finally told my husband to get in the wheel car I would just take him while they continued to argue who was going to do it and after I had taken off towards our gate with the wheel car and my husband the one lady came running to us and said let me take him I said No it wasn’t needed I would get him there I told her to go back and do what she was doing which she said she was going on break I told her to go and she did. I found that very sad that there was no compassion there at all and I felt we were not a concern at all to them and to argue with Who was going to take him That’s Very sad and left me with a negative view of Delta that I probably won’t fly with Delta again if this is how they treat their customers. Thanks for listening
It’s more difficult to board a plane by zones and not by row. It takes longer to get to your seat especially when people who got on before you purposely sit in the wrong seat and wait til the flight attendant makes them move.
I didn't like that I was encouraged to check my bag when it would have fit in the overhead, especially since it was a sparsely populated plane.
