Hoped for better
I had read the previous reviews about the cleanliness and host response time and hoped it would have improved after a few bad reviews. It did not. The toilets were not clean, no extra cleaning supplies to do it myself. No extra garbage bags or instructions on what to even do with the garbage. Had to wait over 24 hours for a response from the host about check in and parking. Barely enough towels for the 5 of us and the hand towel looked dirty. Place was decent enough for a stay but the host really needs to do better and make sure the place is at least clean!

Great location, property needed to be cleaned
I think we were one of the first people who rented this property, so I’m hoping that the owner took feedback I shared and improved. The check in instructions were fairly good, but after that it was difficult to reach the owner when we had questions. And overall, the property was just not clean. It was picked up but the floors hadn’t been mopped, showers hadn’t been cleaned, toilets were gross… it needed a professional cleaning and I don’t think it got one before we arrived. Hopefully since them, that had changed.

Great Apartment but It Ends There
It's a great apartment. Very roomy and comfortable. The good comments end there. Communication with the host was horrible. No response to messages for a week. We did not receive check-in access until the morning of check-in. No wi-fi access was provided. Access to the apartment from the parking garage is horrible. Park on the 5th floor, walk down a floor to the elevator and take the elevator to the 1st floor. The apartment is as far away from the elevator as you can get. Not too bad until you realize you have to lug all your luggage through the same process. The heater/Air Conditioner is very noisy. Laundry left in the dryer. The floors were filthy. We didn't dare walk around barefoot.
