Be within walking distance to LA best by the beach- 5min to the boardwalk, Abbott Kinney blvd, 10min to the Venice Canals and 15min from Rose ave ! Main street retails and food/bars/cafes in Santa Monica is barely 20min walk...Fiber optic Internet for your downtime or to get some serious work done and quick access to major highways to explore more of the City !

Amazing Vacation Rental
This Studio is perfectly situated between Abbot Kinney and Venice Boulevard. The courtyard is the ideal place to sit, relax, and unwind while on vacation. The studio was immaculate when we arrived and smelled so clean and fresh. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great Location Near Venice Beach
This property is in a great location within walking distance of the famous Venice Beach. There are several great restaurants nearby as well. I recommend going to Great White for breakfast or dinner - we did both and enjoyed the meals. Walk over to Abbot Kinney Blvd for some excellent shopping and Craft Beer Bars as well. The Venice Canals are also a nice place to walk over to from this apartment location. The walk to the beach goes through a somewhat gritty part as there's usually homeless people sitting or lying on the sidewalks, so be prepared to see that if you stay here. Overall it was a great place to stay and walk around. Alex was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

Excellent place to stay right near Venice Beach
Alex’s place is in the perfect location with venice beach being a 5 minute walk away. There is a lot to do in the area between the beach, exploring excellent restaurants, coffee shops, shopping on abbot kinney, and biking to Santa Monica. My friend and I rented a car for our stay to explore more of LA and had no problems with finding parking on the street. Alex was an excellent host with many great suggestions on what was going on in the area! I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in the Venice Beach area. :)

Gracious host
Alex was an excellent host. He went above & beyond from accommodating check-in/check-out times to even purchasing a small cooler for our use! He was so responsive in responding to any & all inquires in a timely & warm way. The bed was very comfortable & the studio was clean. I enjoyed the small details including the organic orange essential oil for the diffuser and the nice smelling hand soap. The location was also great — a five minute walk from the Venice board walk and a 10min walk to Erewhon where we enjoyed most of our meals and Abbot Kinney Street perfect for window shopping. I definitely recommend this five star experience. Thank you again Alex for your hospitality.

In the heart of Venice
The studio located just off of Windward Circle in Venice. It is certainly roomy enough for one person or a couple. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small and could use some updating. I gather the host does not live on site but he was very available to communicate within the VRBO app. He also was aware of my coming and going using a camera at the front door.
