It has black mold in the bathroom and we woke up to water on the floor from around the AC where the rain was coming in. We told the front desk person and they didn't note it or anything just said thank you have a nice day.

Not worth the money
The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. That was the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms are very dated. I killed a cockroach in the room. There is zero sound proofing. We heard everything above us especially the toilet and shower water running. There was a 1/2" gap under the door to the hallway so ALL noise traveled in. The pool is tiny and not heated at all. My kids who will swim outside in October couldn't even get in.
