Our first room was dirty, housekeeping missed it, the the night person wanted to charge me $140-150 for a 1pm checkout only to find out that they do have a late check out for $30 more. It was never offered. Then harassed about checking out when im at a family members funeral service. I went to buy a $4 bottle of water for it to be empty. I will not stay there again and im originally from Sylmar, nor will I recommend it to others.

I like the place, I stay for 3 week in the same room but I was ask at the front desk to clean the room and change the blankets and never show with in those 3 week. I end up picking up little bit the room
