The hotel was nice. Dark in color because they use dark wood. The decor does feel heavy and out dated. House keeping was wonderful. Pillows are awful. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy. The grounds were amazing and very tuned up. If you want a beverage at the bars be ready to stand in line. The food is average. Just normal all inclusive food. Large amounts with little flavor.

Nothing with in walking distance closest town is 10 min taxi ride and Puerto Vallarta Malican is a 30 minute ride. Hotel, pool and beach are very nice. Food is good to very good. It is really a hang around the resort kind of place.

The resort didn’t offer entertainment and was quite boring in the evening. On the sunny days where the weather was perfect to sit by the ocean or pool, there were no available chairs at all. There was way too many people. We were very disappointed with our experience.

The property was nice and had everything you need. That being said, there were a lot of noisy kids there and the food could have been better. The resort puts on various kid shows throughout the day, which was not our favorite. It was a deal for the price, but I would probably pay more to stay somewhere that was adults only and had a little better food next time.

Did not like the lack of rules,for staying their. Way to many beings over served alchohol. The evening show was a duel over the drunks and show cast trying to perform. So there was altercations with guests trying to listen to the show over the drunks. Its the hotels responsibility to inform guest they are to loud during performances.
