We had a great time. The staff was amazing. Dylin and his team were always inviting us to the next fun event. Crazy Game, water polo, volleyball, shows, There was always some sort of fun to be had! While Mario and the other bar tenders were always ready to help us find something refreshing to drink. The Spa treatments had us so relaxed. We had the couples message followed by the hydro therapy. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 The food was the reason I picked this resort and was not disappointed. Our favorite was Spice followed by the Carnival buffet. The others were good too. Unfortunately, we were only at the resort for 4 days and miscalculated what was open the last day so we missed out on the French restaurant. My only complaint is that all the restaurants aren't open all the days. So be a better planner than I was!

My wife and I both use sleep machines, when I asked for a power cord. Because of the limited outlets. The reply was they could not help, go buy one! At the French restaurant you could not make a reservation unless you bought a $100.00 bottle of wine, we didn't go, nor did I attempt later that week. So much for all inclusive!! I thought the liquor and beer package could use an upgrade. very disappointed. On a good note, I enjoyed the layout, everything was easy to get to! This place is fantastic. The pool/beach area is beautiful and the bar service there is amazing. The beach was much nicer than I thought it would be. They have limited seating set up, but you can grab a lounger and drag it over if the areas are full. (or they will drag for you) There is some seaweed, but they are working the whole time to remove it- very sandy, not super rocky to swim. Someone walked by every 5 mins or so if you wanted a drink, they were very attentive. The food was the best all inclusive food I have ever had- we had no problem getting a table a the restaurants, but had to wait 15-20 mins sometimes. (No big deal-). The entertainment team (at the pool and at night) were great. Shout out to Dylan who entertained my teenagers for hours at the pool and played pickle ball against us on the rooftop courts. I looked for a long time before booking this and I am glad I did- the rooms were slightly outdated, but that does not move my needle, it was clean and spacious and had the ocean outside my balcony. Great place, great stay. One note, we did the "Priority" level and unless you just want access to a really quiet pool, it's not worth it, we never really used it.
