This is a beautiful and fairly clean resort. I loved the beach. Unlike other resorts in the area, the beach was clean and no seaweeds at all. What I didn’t like about this resort was the level of service. There is no one serving you in any spot in this resort from lobby to swimming pool or beach, no waitress at all. For any drink you have to wait in a long ( very long) line up in front of the bars. For such a big resort with so many guests there is only one bar at the beach with 2 bartenders and huge line up. The bartenders are over occupied and don’t even have time to say a word to you or if you ask them a question about any drink they get annoyed. Honestly I felt bad for them. They were working really hard. We were told all the restaurants were booked but if we pay $100 for a bottle of wine we can go to any restaurant we want. I had never heard anything like this before in any other all inclusive resort. The lady who checked us in, Abril, was very helpful. We asked for 2 rooms beside each other and she really tried hard and gave us the 2 rooms we wanted. Overall it’s a ok resort and we had fun vacation.
