This was my worst experience I have ever had.During our stay we never had hot water the refrigerator didnt work till the 3 day and the maid did a terrible job cleaning our room.

Overall nice place and good service. My only complaints would be they don’t play music at 7 of the 9 pools and the main pool that does play music at the DJ wasn’t good, heard many others complain about the DJ. 2nd complaint is the beaches surrounding property was rocky so not great for swimming. All and all I would recommend this resort.

The hotel facility is very nice with access to beach and numerous pools. Rooms were very nice and soundproof. Service for the most part was good with a few exceptions. Like all all-inclusives, food is mediocre in buffetts and getting a reservation in restaurants is tough if you don't plan ahead. Many families with kids so if you don't like that environment, don't recommend.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is new and beautiful. The views are just amazing, almost paradise like. The beach is rocky-bring water shoes. Besides the beach being rocky I loved seeing the small fishes swimming. I liked the small beach area as it was not deep and there weren’t many waves-this is great for small children to just play and enjoy the water. The good st the buffets were okay-I was expecting real Mexican food, which they did have on occasion but it was tasteless. I was expecting the real Mexican spices, I get it the hotel was catering to pallets that don’t appreciate the authenticity of Mexican food. Word of advice, once you check into the hotel make sure you schedule your dinner at the restaurants. We truly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. The sushi was delicious, the soft shell crab and the octopus was yummy. The steak house was amazing. My steak was just right! We were disappointed with the Mediterranean restaurant, the food could have been better. The humus could have used garlic, and seasoning the presentation was nice. The food was good not great! Cab service is super expensive. If you are going to hire a hotel cab make sure you know you are looking to spend around 50 just one way. The tours are also expensive depending on your your you may be looking to spend around 150 a person. This was mine and my family’s first time in Mexico and it was beautiful. Great vegan food 😃

Hilton was a nice property, rooms were great, food was pretty decent compared to other all-inclusive we have been to. There is no pool bar so that is a bummer and the beach here is one of the worst resort beaches we have been to in the Cancun/Tulum area. Kids club was great but they do family time so the kids have to join you for every meal. Other resorts kids club would go to the buffet so you could have a nice dinner. For the resort I would give an 8/10 but for the beach I would say 3/10

Property was clean, and staff was always a friendly and always addressed any need or concern.I went with my grandchildren of course a little wary of the kids club, but they absolutely loved it. We felt very safe leaving them there. Keep in mind the property is large and you do have to take the little golf carts if you do not want to walk from building the building, but they are very quick and show up within minutes. I also enjoyed the spa, which was one of the best I’ve been to if you’re looking for total relaxation this spa is the spot.
