I liked the premium experience the property gave, however I didn’t like that it wasn’t included in the price. You pay an additional 100.00 per night for premium service, which includes various amenities throughout complex. The staff was very nice and courteous. We loved the chic show, archery, and spa. Would’ve rated resort higher but room didn’t cool off. Thermostat was set for 68 degrees Fahrenheit, but never got to that temperature. Technicians looked at a/c and stated it was fine. We ended up getting a fan sent to our room, due to temperature. Also, liquor was watered down. One other complaint is that we waited for 20 minutes for a ride from spa, which never came. We ended up walking to grand pallium for ride back to TRS Resort.

We had the pleasure of staying at the TRS Yucatán in February 2024. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited for our stay. We received a complimentary room upgrade on arrival and were greeted kindly by 1 of our 2 Villa butlers (Maggie and Ramón). They were fantastic in recommending restaurants on the resort and facilitating reservations for dining and the spa. They went the extra mile to source attire for the Chic cabaret show so we wouldn’t miss it. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at the spa with massages and use of their hydrotherapy pools. We also highly recommend seeing the Chic cabaret show! The show, dinner and service made for a fantastic evening! The hospitality continued for each of our dinning experiences. Our tables were beautifully decorated and the service staff paid excellent attention us. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at La Boheme with Erasmo looking after us on our last night. All the staff and restaurants were great! Also a special shoutout to Ivan at the TRS section of La Jarra beach. He welcomed us graciously both days we were there and ensured we enjoyed a relaxing time at the beach. Thank you TRS Yucatán for a wonderful trip at a time we needed it most. Excited to come back in the future!

Utterly disappointing for Palladium.
Very unclear about what Bali beds are. I booked one, costing $50USD. When i got to the pool, i was told you don’t need to book one, they’re first come, first serve. Tried to get the charge removed. A supervisor told me they do cost but everyone else using them said they did not cost anything. O spoke with about 10 different employees trying to communicate the issue and couldn’t get a consistent answer from any of them. In the end, my shuttle was waiting to take me to the airport. The TRS hotel held my luggage as collateral until i paid the $50 for the unused Bali bed after i had spent over $11,000 CAD at their resort. Definitely not the type of behaviour I’d expect from a resort like that.

Just returned from trip. Everything was great. Expedia Ambassaor Fernanda went out of her way to make the trip extra special. Food was above average. Our Butlers, Chris and Martha were so helpful. Everything we had hoped for and then some. The grounds are wonderful
