"Wonderful house one row back from the fantastic Butler beach. Spa in the garden was perfect (it was cold at night in April) for the kids. Huge lounge/kitchen room was perfect and led out onto the garden. Beautiful bedrooms and a top floor room. Garage with multiple beach toys and equipment was perfect."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our questions about light switches and the issue was taken care of the next day. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to historic Saint Augustine and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners! Super nice people. If we are ever looking to stay in St. Augustine again, we will definitely see if this property is available."

"10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"

"A great mini vacation! The house was very nice and spacious. Anytime I had questions, the hosts responded immediately. They were available for anything I needed. The house is literally a couple blocks to the beach. Or get in the pool in the back yard. Friendly neighbors as well. Will definitely use this house again!"
