Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not too much to do there other than the white sands national park. Room was old and had a musty smell but the bed was very comfortable.

The pool is closed for maintenance, so no swimming. I was put in a room at the bottom of the stairs. As people were going up and down they kept staring into my room. I felt like an animal at the zoo. When I checked, there was only the heavy curtains to close, no linner.

The property is in ok condition. This is a motel and thus the room door is outside of the building. I thought it would an inside door when I booked the room. The room is clean but a little out dated. Overall I'm happy with the room as I paid a fairly cheap rate.

OLD

Pros: Close to all kinds of food .
Cons: Referbished ...
Location: Food and base is close . White Sands NM is close .
The place needs to be updated . Noisy Bar next door . Hard to get any rest with that noise .

I realize that you get what you pay for, but at least clean the room! Hair in shower, dry toothpaste in sink, and worse yet, hair in the bed. The absolute worst was the flat lumps that they called pillows. When I pulled back the case, they were yellowed and stained. Thank God I travel with my own pillow!
