Needed to add additional night which resulted in 5 visits to the front desk to finally get done correctly. Housekeeping stopped by stating we needed to check out even though we had be assured by the front desk that everything had been done. Also, the room was very hot.

It was a terrible experience my daughter is handicap and we requested a handicap room which none were available it was a very frustrating and stressful experience.. I feel as if the staff nor the hotel did anything to accommodate myself or my family due to her being handicap.. I would probably never stay at this hotel again

Almost everything was good. Dining was very disappointing. Went into one restaurant right off the casino. Had a couple of drinks at the bar then decided to eat. Was told the kitchen was closed. This was at 6:30 on a Friday night! Next morning we went to a different restaurant in the lobby for breakfast at 10:00. The restaurant looked to be less than half full. We were told they couldn't seat anyone else because the kitchen couldn't keep up! Had to leave the property to find somewhere to eat. Didn't go back!

One night stay.. looked forward to comfortable rest from driving, but this ended up being a disappointment. Hotel is outdated, furniture in rooms and public spaces have major wear and tear, and the carpets are stained throughout the hallways. I even saw stains on the walls by the elevators and in halls where liquids once ran down them without being cleaned. How does the staff not notice this? Front desk staff was so incredibly unenthused.. i think we only spoke like 5 words between us at check in. The credit card machines were down at the front desk and the internet across the whole property was out.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a room for 2 and stayed on 1/1/2025. This room checked the box for everything that you would not expect from a Hilton chain of hotels, more from a 1 star motel. Blood on the sheets, hair in the tub, trash in the waste basket and the room temperature did not move from 72/73 degrees and humid. We checked in late and we discovered these things within 2 hours after check in. I followed Expedia procedures and contacted them through chat and was told that they were in contact with the front desk. My young son was fast asleep from a 300 mile drive at 11pm. So changing rooms was not an option. The front desk told Expedia that they could not afford to refund the nights stay. Expedia customer service was no better and said that this did not qualify for a refund, even though I sent pictures of everything. At 11:45pm a housekeeper knocked on the door all the lights were out in the room and then used her master key and unlocked the door, the only thing that stopped her from entering was the inside safety lock I had locked. We found a bag of bedding in a bag then next morning. This still did not qualify for a refund from the hotel or Expedia. 2 days later the Expedia customer service team reached out and asked if I would contact the hotel manager, send the pictures and explain what had happened. I did just that and copied Expedia, with no response from either Hilton Buffalo Thunder hotel management or Expedia. I would recommend not booking through Expedia.
