Great Resort. Terrible Service.

Pros: The resort was nice, rooms were nice, location was beautiful. (Service was terrible)
Cons: All aspects of customer service. Worst I have seen in any industry, anywhere in my life. THE WORST! I would fire the whole staff and start over.
Location: We stayed on the resort, we tried to book an excursion but didn't have much help from the front desk.
The resort and location were absolutely beautiful. But I have never been more miffed, confused, or just flat out upset about the service in anything I've ever done my life. - I was with a group of 6 (3 couples) and whenever we would ask a question there was zero eye contact, employees would mumble under their breath with some half made up answer, and the answers were never correct. - The front desk did not care at all when it came to helping us book an excursion (which we never went on). It was like I was bothering them and they had zero interest in helping us. - I constantly saw multiple employees just loitering around on their cell phones providing no help what so ever. A couple times we asked for directions to a restaurant on property and got several "I don't know." Several times I would go into the lobby or casino bathrooms and there would be 2-3 employees in there on their cells phones watching videos and texting. - I bought a few items inside the lobby gift shop and gave the cashier my last name when I checked out and she started laughing hysterical. I asked what was so funny and she said "You must of gotten made fun of so much in high school for that name." I said "nope, I never did" & she said "well you should have" -Our last night at dinner our entire table thought the water tasted funny, we said something to the server and she said "No it doesn't, there's nothing wrong with the water." just poor concern for the guest all around. F (worst customer service)

Hotel is very nice!

Silver airways cancelled our flight back to Ft Lauderdale which was very inconvenient! I had to call out for work Monday morning.
