Adding to the negative experience was my interaction with reception staff, particularly Louise. Unfortunately, her behavior was characterized by rudeness, a lack of helpfulness, and what appeared to be racial bias. Such a negative encounter significantly impacted my perception of the hotel's customer service. Guests should be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was not my experience during interactions with Louise.
As a paying customer, I expect the right to utilize hotel utilities and services without encountering such obstacles. My stay at Hotel2stay was marked by a series of disappointments, and I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.
