Excellent Hotel. Great service, The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to Disneyland. The location is great- very near to Disneyland. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Anaheim.

The photos don’t accurately represent the state of the rooms. After canceling once seeing how bad the hotel was, the property manager refused to give me a refund for my whole stay (even though I didn’t even check in or stay there). I cancelled the day I was supposed to check in and still had to pay the entire booking stay (3 nights).

Never again!!
1st room 2 queens 1 pull out couch that i reserved had A/C unit broken no hot water so they down graded my room to 1 king and 1 pull out couch but pad lock didn't work so ended up putting table in front of door for safety purposes not a very safe looking hotel and pictures are very deceiving definitely not executive suites.
