The staff was great, especially those working the breakfast dining. We've stayed here years ago and it was still a great time now, but the hotel needs a little love. The rooms were cold, old and not serviced. The complimentary shuttle to the parks is a huge bonus though.

Couldn’t sleep for two days because of a screaming kid next door. When my husband went to complain to Front Desk nothing was done. Housekeeping DID NOT come the two days we were there - didnt pick up trash (we have a toddler that uses diapers), nor make up the bed. When we asked for plastic bags to wrap up the diapers, Front Desk was not helpful and when my husband when to physically pick them up, he was met with attitude. Only positive was that they offered a shuttle service to Disney, but parking was still $30/day. Japanese restaurant was great! But the buffet breakfast was okay (staff there were good) - would have been better if it was free. So because of no housekeeping, okay customer service and no sleep for two days, we will check out other local hotels.

To start off with we received an email about scheduled maintenance on the pool. Which was frustrating, but we called and they said they would give us a discount on parking for the inconvenience. That was fine with us so we continued with the reservation. Then when we got there, they informed us that there was a discount on parking as they have made an agreement with a neighboring hotel to allow use of their pool. The problem with this was that the shuttle stopped at 6 o’clock. Being as we are in Disney 6 o’clock is really early. We asked if we could drive over which they allowed. But when we got to the neighbor hotel, they had no idea what we were talking about. Finally, after swim calls to their management, we were able to swim. After returning back, we decided we wanted to hit downtown Disney. So we used their complimentary shuttle service. Then coming back it was around 11 o’clock. The hotel staff was very cranky to put it nicely. We left my son with his aunt for my husband and I to go get a drink at the bar (the bartender was awesome and kind) and came back to find our room freezing cold, even though we had said it to 80°. we were tired and figured it was a fluke so we went to bed waiting for the room to heat up. The next day we told the hotel front desk who seemed unbothered by our situation. This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel and every other time has been spectacular. But this stay left me frustrated.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times which brought me back. I enjoy the transportation to Disney. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were down. We have always stayed on the main floor garden side. This time we ended up on the third floor which might be why the rooms were more disappointing. The heater didn’t work in one of our rooms and the front desk didn’t really care. I think I will be more cautious in going next time to make sure we received main floor garden rooms.

Excellent Lo action for visiting Disneyland. There is a regular shuttle bus or it’s an easy 15min walk to downtown Disney. If you stand at the front of the hotel you can easily see the fireworks from Disneyland at night. Friendly helpful staff, big comfortable rooms, restaurant and convenience store onsite.

The staff in the Restaurant and Bar were outstanding. The staff at the Front desk were unwelcoming. We asked for a joint room just after booking 2 King Deluxe Rooms on October 4th. (plenty of time to accommodate this type of request!) When we checked in the staff would NOT make any changes. 1 room was right down the hall from the front desk and the other was on the far side of the property. This room was disgusting! The sink had some type of black stuff in it, there was a pant/short size sticker attached to the TV and the tableside lamp had a short in it so when you tried to turn it on it would blink like it was surging. The bed looked like it was just slept in. When we asked to be moved from that room, they put us further away and made us feel like we were the problem. This room's AC didn't work and when we brought it up they told us this was the only room available. We stayed for 5 nights. I noticed a lot of rooms that were vacant. I will NOT be staying at this property ever again. We go to Disney at least once a year. We always stay for at least 5 nights minimum.

Love this property!! Super friendly staff!! Cozy cute feel!! Good food and easy transportation back and forth to Disney. Stay here every time for the last 10 years and I will always stay here when visiting this area. Thank you!!! ❤️

Disneyland for Twins Bday

The staff here is always great. The food wasn’t too bad. They always have the lobby decorated so cute and always decorate for the holidays. Princess Corrine was a delight as well as the shuttle drivers. However these rooms really need an update. All the furniture is leaning so drawers either stay open or are hard to open. The pillows are full of lumps. And absolutely no attention to detail at all such as beds made so sloppy to about 5 Kleenex left in box. Found hair ties on floor, dirty glass and a dripping faucet. I believe they can do better. We have stayed here a few times and this was the worst room yet. Hoping for improvement as it’s a great place for kids and convenient to Disneyland.

I recommend it to others and would stay here again. The shuttle service is so simple and reliable. They also store your luggage if you have plans in the afternoon on the day of checking out.
