Horrible stay. Refused to help us with loud noise from a party in adjacent room. Went on until 1am. We complained twice and asked for a different room and was told there was no rules or restrictions on noise and there were no others rooms. Almost slept in the car. And then Travelocity charged us twice after saying they wouldn’t. Worst experience in my traveling experience.

The hotel seemed to be renovated. My room seemed to have new carpet but the curtains were old and did not close. The furniture was old, beat up, stained, and just gross. The duvet was dirty in one of the beds. The storage for the refrigerator looked like something somebody had brought in from the trash! It looked like they are trying to make it look nicer but they failed at it. Would not stay there again!

The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Typical Continental breakfast with friendly staff to assist. Amenities lacking a bit, no USB port to charge phone and toothpaste. Blow dryer, lotion, and soap present as well as Wifi. We were right near the elevator so there were people coming in loud in the middle of the night. Train close by. Also, I was unable to close the privacy drapes as the rod stops short half was, so all you have is sheer. I felt uncomfortable walking by the window at night as my window overlooked a parking lot :(
