No staff at the front desk were very rude. The hotel room had no fridge, and the TV didnt work.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the water was hot. It was a quite night. Old town was a walk through the tunnel so very close and convenient.

Staff super friendly, location good. Parking was very inconvenient for paying $20, rooms were outdated and had old smell to them. No refrigerator or microwave. Overall too pricy for what you get.

Website indicated the restaurant was on-site, but at check-in found out no food was available, not even room service. Entry to room was not working properly, mentioned to desk attendant, said it was fixed, but it wasn't. Dripping from air conditioner leaked all night long, mentioned to desk attendant, said sorry, but nothing else.
