Checked in, 106 outside, looking forward to some pool time, asked front deck girls during check in for the pool hours which is provided. Another guest that had checked in ahead of me also came to the front desk to ask for the pool hours which was provided. Go to our room, get into our suits and on our way to the pool, the maintenance man greets us and tells us that the pool is closed for an unknown amount of time, The was not new to him. several other guests were talking about it in the hallways and checked out with a refund. Work place to staff, staff are not honest.

My wife and I thought that If we were to pay a bit more and stay with the Hilton brand, that we would get at least acceptable, standard accommodations. However, to our surprise, we were shocked and dissatisfied with the room! Dirty, old, worn, all night long we had to listen to some motor noise, smelled like cigarettes even though we requested a non- smoking room. We could not even open the glass door to balcony as there were no screens. We will never book there again, and will advise others of our experience. Oh and just after we checked in, and upon entering the room, I called the front desk to ask for another room, no answer, no one picked up!!! So sad! I think we made a big mistake booking here! For the price, (2) thumbs down!
