The elevator kept stalling out. Several people in our group got stuck in it. Our thermostat didn’t work.

The only thing I can say positive was the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, we were very disappointed in our stay here. For the most part our room appeared clean although I found garbage on the floor between the bed and chair in the corner. The shower water never got hot, although the sink faucet water did. We made a couple of calls about this but the situation was never resolved. The toilet got clogged and we were informed at the time there was no maintenance on site. The only solution was for management or us to plunge the toilet.(The manager on duty did offer to plunge for us but we decided to do it ourselves to see if that resolved the issue) They were unable to accommodate us in a king bed as we booked. We were put in a room located close to an elevator, right above the lobby. Our second night was extremely disrupted by loud guests all night long. Apparently one of the guests was so disruptive the police were called(which we saw all the police cars after we were concerned about a barking dog we could hear from our room). And just beware of the charges. It’s considered a “pet friendly hotel” but there’s a $150 non refundable pet clean up fee in addition to a $25 per night pet fee. We felt our first time in a hotel after the start of the pandemic was marred by way too many problems to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We were deeply disappointed and upset upon returning to our room after a long day, tired and dusty. Wanting a quick shower, we realized that the hotel had not cleaned our room, leaving fresh towels. Since we fully expected our room to be cleaned, we had left the towels as instructed, in the tub. We had no soap, shampoo, coffee. The bed was left unmade and the trash not picked up. We called the front desk to bring clean towels, etc at 11 pm. Since I have been a Marriott Rewards Member for years and have expected a certain level of perfection, I always book hotel stays at Marriotts whenever I travel. Now, I will think twice about booking with Marriott in the future.

A great place to stay--

Pros: Friendly staff and very clean! Nice room.
From check in to departure, this was a great experience. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable; the staff is friendly and responsive. I will stay again when visiting family in the area.

Enjoyed Stay with Family - Free breakfast = good deal!

Pros: Free breakfast
Front Desk staff I think her name was Faith, was very polite and professional. Breakfast crew was a little slow on service but were very polite as well. Overall stay was food, considering the price and free breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool!

Relaxed and professional atmosphere.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Staff was very courtious and helpful. Lots of kids were there, but the room was still very quiet and comfortable.
