The entire stay was terrible! It started with a leak on the bathroom that was never properly addressed. I had to call to find out when someone was coming to fix it then once the person arrived he said he needed to do something to it that would require a lot of noise. He then said he’d be right back and never showed up!! This was a almost 10pm! Several other issues. Staff is not on top of things and seem to not care that I am very displeased about my accommodations. This is the worst stays at an embassy suites hotel!!

BED BUGS!!!!! So the location is an okay area and some of the staff are genuinely nice and friendly but the room I booked for myself and my family had bed bugs so when I spoke to the front desk person and requested a room change it never happened even after showing them one of the bugs smashed on a towel I ended up going elsewhere but still got charged for my stay even though I was told I wouldn’t be charged. Also the AC doesn’t work and the tub was dirty with previous occupants hair. Even though we left my children have bites on them this is very disappointing as I always stay with embassy in general

Nice property with friendly staff. Had a minor maintenance issue that was fixed with amazing speed. Very impressed. Great breakfast and space to enjoy.
