I was a little worried after I read all the reviews on line , I went ahead and gave it a shot !! And it was great ! It was clean it was quiet !!! So close to Disney!! Rooms were sooo big !!! Loved it we loved it !!! Will def stay again next time !!!

In terms of location to Disneyland, this hotel is good. In terms of service, this hotel is the worst, when I checked recently, the hotel staffs told me that the room will be serviced every 3 days, however, the room never got serviced. On the 3rd day, I had to go to reception to ask for fresh towers, coffees and paper cups for coffees. AC is another issue, it is winter in LA but the AC is constantly blowing cold air instead of warm air, regardless of the AC temperature setting, the AC will maintain the cold air as 17 degree C or 66 degree F, I have to turn the AC off, they only fixed the AC on my second last day, I am not alone there are other guests who faced the same issues as me. The hair drier did not work either, I had to buy a hair drier myself to dry my hair. This is a disaster, it ruined my vacation completely, I am very disappointed that Expedia failed to check out the hotel status before ads this hotel on Expedia's web site.

Over all the stay was ok! It does need an update. Renovation would be nice. Hotel is in a perfect location. Rooms look old and worn out. Electrical outlets need to be replaced.

Perfect hotel for Disney without breaking the bank
Check in was easy & the customer service was great. The parking lot is rather small & tight spaces. Our room was clean and looked nicely. The patio was a nice surprise because we had booked this room last minute and were just looking for a bed for the night. The mattress was firm and the pillows were very soft in density. We ended up doubling up the pillows because we favor more firm pillows. Loved the location, just a 15 minute walk from Disney. CVS, Walgreens and Garden Walk were just steps away. Overall we think this hotel was great.

Would not go back unless absolutely necessary
It wasn’t horrible. I told friends that I would not go back again unless I absolutely had no other choice. Check-in was a little bit long. They only have one person at any given time. Parking is very limited. If you don’t find a spot near the hotel, then you have to go to a structure in the back which is not far but when it’s raining, it feels far. We had issues with the AC unit. My family and I had three rooms. One room was hot/humid and the other two were cold. I was woken up by a loud buzzing sound at 2am one night. We heard it on the evening we checked in and reported it. We thought it was fixed, but it came back the next night. We tried this hotel, because it was walking distance to Disneyland. We all agreed that we learned our lesson and would be staying at our usual place.
