Lovely place. Our door lock broke and we called the front desk and they were there immediately. Excellent and friendly employee. We also asked for additional bedding, and again, excellent response. Very appreciated. We will return on another visit.

The rooms are good sized. Everything is just extremely old and outdated and then when we lay down into the bed, there was gum on the sconces on the wall which made us question how clean it actually was. It really grossed us out. Definitely will not stay there again and when I told the front desk he didn’t seem phased thought that was crazy to.

The hotel is very close to Disney land, in fact, you can walk there as it is less than a half a mile away, which is why we chose this hotel. However, the hot tub was not hot, and there were no amenities in the room. Most hotels will have small things of shampoo, soap, and lotion, where our hotel did not have any of the above. We were still satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was the standard of fare that most hotels have, nothing to write home about a better than eating Nothing at all. There are several restaurants within a mile of the hotel, although all of that one way over priced, but did have decent food.

Our family just stayed at the Cortona hotel for the past 6 days and highly recommend it! Great location that is about a 15 minute walk from Disney. The breakfast they serve every morning (pancakes, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy) was a great added perk. Free parking was a great bonus and you could park underground when the upper lot filled. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids too. Clean rooms and grounds as well as a very friendly staff. We will br back and we highly reccomend staying here, especially if you are on a budget.
