Walked into the room hot as heck and stinks smells like marijuana smokers were here before me. weed and lighter next to fire extinguisher outside of room . Had to kill 3lg spiders . Bathroom smells like feces and there’s a nasty dripping stain underneath the toilet paper holder. Phone in room Doesn’t work, electrical outlets next to both sides of bed exposed . Furniture shows water damage of cracking and lifting plus chipping away from it being cheap wanna be wood. Cable hanging out of air conditioning unit. Large desk unit by tv has lots of large scuffs scratches . In all a very bad unit . Will not recommend this place to anyone. Considering its shape. And I have pictures to prove what I’m posting here about for references .

I was in Anaheim for NAMM convention and found this hotel online. Reading their add, shows some available rooms and they have 24hrs staff at front desk. I booked the room and went to this hotel. There was nobody at the front desk when I got there. I thought maybe the staff was just on break or just had to step away. I tried calling numerous times their costumer service number but I never got to speak to anyone. I was in their lobby going back in and out from 1am to 4am and I did not see a single front desk staff. I would not recommend this hotel if your looking to find somewhere to stay last minutes. Their add was misleading for saying they have 24hrs front desk staff. My booking was also not refundable.

Dear Guest, We have looked into the above-mentioned issue. We have a front desk available 24 hours, you did not contact the property about your later arrival nor did you reply to the calls from the property, the check-in time ends at 12 AM, the policy says if you are arriving after 7PM kindly call the property, you did not call the property when you said you came to check-in either.

Water damage in some parts of the wall in the bathroom. Shower faucet valve leaked all night. There was a very strong marihuana odor present in the room all night.

This place was tucked in from all the hustle and of Anaheim. Very quiet. We loved how the management handled our stay even when we had to extend it. To me this is a 5 star establishment. The price was great. Housekeeping was superb.
