I love the location. The rooms are great, very modern and comfortable. The staff is amazing, especially when I was checking in late Tawnia was very helpful in making sure all my needs were met. This has become my place to stay whenever I am visiting family and friends in Anchorage.

I paid $249 a night and I could not get any heat in the room!!! No matter what I did the thermostat stayed at 60 degrees and the warmest the room ever got was 64 degrees! I will not stay here again.

Trash was not taken out of my room when checked in, and I was told that the room would be cleaned every 4 days and yet then would not clean it. Had to ask for towels every other day and was told by housekeeping that they were all out daily and I had to go to the front desk if i wanted clean ones.

All in all, great hotel, just need to have room service at least couple nights. We were there for 5 nights, but didn’t have room service on our 4th day. And they just did the bed and change towels. Did not clean the room
