It was a pleasant, quiet, clean room, with separate toilet from sink (good for several people sharing a room). I would have liked queen-sized beds.

hotel is nice, comfortable. The breakfast options and food were very good. The Crows Nest restaurant was ok, but there are better restaurants in walking distance. Very convenient to downtown Anchorage.

Had reserved two rooms, got one and didn't get 2nd room until i complained….and that was at 6 pm…front desk staff was limited to only two….nice place but when u cant check in until dinner time…thats uncalled for.
