I do not feel As if I should have to pay to valet my car in a hotel that I already paid for!! So frustrating, and then you have to wait for your car, plus tip everytime! I will never stay here again. Tried to purchase milk for my child at the cafe inside, no drinks for kids! Stressful experience.

I was disappointed in the theming. I've stayed at the Graduate-East Lansing and it was far more "Michigan State" than the Graduate-Ann Arbor was "UMich". (The onsite bar closed too early : ) ) Other than that is was a great stay.

We agree, East Lansing is a beautiful property and one of the newest Graduate Hotels brand opening in 2021! The design elements tie in MSU campus with the hotel wonderfully!! When Graduate Ann Arbor opened in 2016, the University of Michigan was strict with their trademarks so our design team worked hard to find the perfect mix of design elements that would bring nostalgia to our guest while still respecting the University of Michigan's trademark rights. Great property. Bar staff could have been nicer. As a paying guest the scolding we received for working in the only well lit area with an outlet not populated by students was unprofessional.

It was beyond beautiful, staff was amazing! The keys for your doors were so neat they aren’t you typical room key! I would go again!
