I booked room with refrigerator, but when we walked in there was none. Asked front desk, she admitted that I booked with refrigerator but it’s got broken. I asked for another room, was not available by her words. Then when I asked for refunds, she said “ we will bring you refrigerator from other room “.

No mini fridge or microwave in our room. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 and so much of the food items were gone that we ended up going out to find breakfast someplace else. No elevator (I missed that on the main page of the hotel). We were directed to the wrong stair to ascend to the 2nd floor and it was dark-light was out. We will not be staying here again.
