The property was clean, and the room was newly refurbished. Bathrooms had all new surfaces and plumbing. Lighting was artistic and effective. Quite amazing for the price. Someone is spending quite a lot of money on this property. On the negative side, they insisted on a $25 cash as a deposit, which was returned on checkout after they inspected the room to see if I trashed it or not.

Loud banging noises at night woke me up continually. No hairdryer, no shampoo. Musty towels. Sewer odor in the bathroom. The place did not look like the advertised picture.

The property was exactly as represented online and was a good value. It was clean, which is my #1 priority, and the staff were pleasant.

Gave us room that plumbing was being fixed. The plumber was there. New room bathtub was filthy, would not put my toe in it. The room had mustty smell. Bed and pillows were horrible. It looked and felt old.

Close to boat show so convenient without high pricing. Hotel had renovations doe but not to a good standard. cleanliness OK but could be better.

I was flying in from Fl and was going to land Saturday morning around 12:30 AM. I called the hotel Friday afternoon several times with no answer. I wanted to call to let them know that although i booked the room Sept 21, 2018 - Sept 22, 2018 that i would not actually get in until Sat early morning. ( i didn't want to loose my room) Online the place looked up to date. Has flat screen TV, rooms looked cleaned. I flew out at 8;00 Pm on Friday the 21 i landed in Atlanta and had a lay over, i called the hotel again no answer. When i landed In DC i called the hotel place 6 times with no answer. I was getting worried that they thought i was a no show and would give my room up. I called travelocity and the gentlemen put me on hold so he could call the hotel. I was on Hold for 33 minutes before he was able to get a hold of someone. I booked a smoking room with two beds. When i got to the location and the front desk lady was able to wake up, she asked me would you like a smoking or rather have a non smoking. In my head im guessing theres no smoking rooms, because i requested a smoking room.So i said i can take non smoking if thats all you have. She snapped and said well you cant smoke in our non smoking room. i said i know this. she said then why did you ask for a smoking room. I said because my friend smokes and we would like one, but since your asking if id take a non smoking room, she will not smoke in the room. She said oh i have smoking room.room was dirty. staff harassed me
