The property isn't maintained at all. There is uneven flooring in the main areas. The room walls are completely disgusting. There was a roach in my room under my leaking mini fridge. There was red nail polish all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain rod was about to fall off. The room door's bar lock was barely attached. There wasn't another lock on the door, and the door itself didn't close properly. They have an outdoor pool, but it was green and closed. No refunds or discounts. Management clearly doesn't care.

The entire experience was awful. The desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional. There was issue with my reservation in their system .
