I had two rooms and both were dirty. There was hair everywhere, crumbs, dirt, mirrors were dirty, food on light switches, and stains on the sheets. It was disgusting. When a manager was made aware she said there was nothing she could do with giving us any money back. I spent just shy of $300 for three adults and seven kids to sleep in rooms that were clearly not cleaned. If those things were visible how am I supposed to believe that the room was properly sanitized? I did that all myself with my own products. I'm so very disappointed and will never stay there again.

Homewood Suites Alpharetta

I enjoyed the overall stay, but I found D some staff to be not helpful at times. I would use this hotel again.

Nice hotel - nice location!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
I plan to stay again. Staff were great, rooms were clean, food was good, location was great!

You always got a cheery hello

Despite my reservations at being housed next to an elevator, the room was very quiet. Most places you hear doors closing, here I did not. Loved it and will stay again.
