Great Location

Pros: Location, walking trails behind the hotel
Cons: Communication and following up on your guest needs.
Nice hotel and in a great place. However, refrigerator in room didn't work. I spoke to the front office concerning this concern during our 3 day 2 nigtht stay but it was never addressed. An incidental charge of $30.00 ($15.00 per day) was added to our charge after we checked out and wasn't reflected on my invoice but was charged on our card to our bank. When we questioned the charge we were told it would be credited back to us in 3-5 days.

First Class with reservations!

Pros: Very comfortable room and excellent bed.
Cons: too small a bathroom hard to get in and out of the bath tub or shower without an accident which we had. The hotel staff seemed to all be off.
Location: good location near restaurants and good services.
Obviously this is a first class hotel but with only one elevator working the wait to ascend or descend was more lengthy than it should have been. Ice machines are located on the first and third floors but only one worked and having to wait for the elevator just to go up for ice was disheartening and discouraging. Maid service too anxious to leave for the 4th fireworks so dirty linens and trash was not picked up. Had to load it in bags and take it to the front desk after 5 requests for service over 7 hours. Not a good experience!
