they didn't have anywhere for me to plug in my Tesla into a 110 outlet. The only 2 outlets they had outside didn't work. The young lady on staff Saturday was very helpful trying to find a way to accommodate. I do appreciate her effort and i told her that. The gym is a bit lacking. A lot of space and not much to choose from. The air was hot in there.

I understand pets were free but there were pen scribbles all on my wall, white stains on the furniture, bathroom door was off track, tub had stains all over it my son did not want to shower lol

Breakfast was grab and go. No cleaning in the room. We had to bring dirty towels to desk to get clean ones replaced. There were a couple of homeless people lingering in the lobby and first floor when we checked in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Thank you for staying with us. I'm familiar with the couple you mention but they did have a reservation set up in advance and used a valid credit card with matching ID showing a physical address. They arrived prior to our 3pm check in time and wanted a first floor room so they waited about thirty minutes until we were able to get one cleaned for them. Thank you for staying with us and for the good rating. We hope to see you again.
