Room was filthy!! Trash was still in cans, floor was dirty and there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. Would not recommend this property.

The hotel itinerary claimed a shuttle bus from the airport, once I got there and called to find out the the delay, I was told there was no longer a shuttle bus because new ownership of the hotel no longer allowed it. I get there: I was never told that remodeling and construction was going on; they had stuff for the reconstruction everywhere. The pool was shut down and full of reconstruction materials. The iron in the room was fill of grit and destroyed a piece of my clothing. No phones in the room to even call the front desk: I called the front desk from my personal phone to inquire about getting a different iron: I was told they had no others. The ceiling tile in the bathroom was peeling and large pieces were hanging down. I hope that after renovations they are better: customer service was awful as well.

Some people living in hotel

Door hard to open and close. Air conditioner busted. WiFi sketchy. No ironing board. Just cereal and toast at breakfast. Stay away.
