Room not well cleaned. Flies in room. No Lobby service. Service (Check in/Check out) at window. COVID 19 NOT an excuse. Other Hotels have Lobby service.

This is a bad place they want give towels the staff is nasty they did like black peoples this is a drug area drug use openly I hate this place

Nothing really to like. Not as clean as i hoped to be. Their breakfast SUCKS. Coffeemaker in the room didnt work. Sink and shower the water would back up. Not in the greatest area but was very quiet after 8 p.m. on both nights here.

THIS PLACE IS SUPER NASTY AND HAD BED BUG I SPENT THE NIGHT IN MY CAR CAUSE THE HOTEL DIDNT WANT TO CANCEL 5 MINUTES AFTER LOOKIN AT THE ROOM PICTURES ONLINE ARE THE OF TE LOCATIONS SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Rude staff guy!!!

When we arrived it was a discrepancy from the beginning the staff guy was rude non-patient he was going back and forth between what I had and what I did not have he was not customer friendly at all

Don't waste your $ pay extra $ for somewhere else

Ceiling look like it was gonna fall apart. Paint peeling everywhere. Was hair all over everything like the room hasn't been clean. There was no toliet paper in the bathroom. Shower was made for midgets like I'm short but still had to squat to get under the water. Wouldn't of even stayed there but had already paid online and it was nonrefundable. Only good thing was it was close to six flags.

We are also so sad to read about your badly description of our hotel, for a moment it looks like a place that hasn't been remodeled in years, but we all know here at Super 8 that is not true. We have never heard from you at front desk complaining about anything, so how are we going to be able to help anybody if customers will never let us know about their needs?
