Didn't like it at all. Had to change rooms due to amell of smoke, bedspreads had burn hiles in them, room was not thoroughly clean and bugs were crawling on the walls. Changed rooms and still was not happy with cleanliness. Water was constantly dripping in tub, very dirty all around exterior walls and ground and caked up in corners. We checked out and left could not stay there. Would like to get our money back. Terrible place!!

Train Registrars!!

Cons: TRAIN FRONT DESK WORKERS IN DEALING WITH REGISTRANTS WITH COURTESY
Although i had gotten this hotel thru Travelocity paid in full, the registrar refused to give me a room key continuously asking for my credit card#. Mr. Ali Ali (he claimed that was his name) was rude and inconsiderate,he refused me giving him my itinerary/nor any claim number proving i had booked/paid for the room already! Finally i called Travelocity who immediately dealt with the hotel and i got my room key.I think front desk workers should be fully trained/vested!!

Well to begin with. I had requested a non smoling room, with a roll away bed. Was given a smoking room with no roll away bed. They did give me a non smoking room though. I had showed them the paper where I had my request on it. And yes it did have a request for a roll away bed. I did get one the second night. I needed the roll away bed for my step son. As the other bed in the room was for my 2 step daughter's
