Only stars are for friendly staff, great location to see a show at the sold out Hard Rock next door and decent dining options onsite. The hotel, casino & parking garage are just outdated, worn and threadbare. Not worth the nearly $400 per night with fees! Rooms were as clean as could be for the worn down fixtures and decor but beds were rock hard with only a sheet and thin coverlet. The whole place smelled like stale smoke. Our bathroom had barely any hot water and no working outlets. Our view of the ocean was nearly impossible through salt stained old windows. All the furniture was missing finishes and doorways were rusty. This place is in desperate need of a facelift if they want to stay open.
