Front desk staff prof & friendly. Unfortunately we were checked into an occupied room on 9th fl 940pm. Roomservice hung up on us 3 times until we called front desk and complained. Front desk placed us on 3 way call so that we could order. 2 large bags of trash outside lobby on right viewable from the sitting area. No clocks in room. Dirty towels picked up but never replaced ( used hand towels to dry off).

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the mix-up in rooms. Also want to apologize for the poor room service. I believe they were overwhelmed as there was a very huge event at the hotel that night and they were outstretched. Also, other issues with housekeeping will be addressed appropriately. Thank you

Let’s begin. Asked if I can check in early because I didn’t want to walk around with my bag, was told no because rooms aren’t cleaned yet.(this was 1pm). Ok fine, went to do what I was doing and checked in at 6pm. Got to the room, bed didn’t have any blankets so I’m assuming it wasn’t clean but I was exhausted so I called front desk. They said it was cleaned but maybe they forgot the blanket. Okay. Started searching the room, found a wash cloth beside the bed, dirty cloth I’m assuming they use to clean the bathroom hanging on the handle of the bathroom door. In the closet, a microwave and another cloth. Wow. $150 for the night and this was my results. I was so drained that I couldn’t complain, so I tried to get some sleep. After 1 am, I kept waking up from either the snoring next door or people talking loudly outside because my room was facing the streets. I checked out early because I had work and I was just disappointed.

I wasn't able to connect to the internet. I followed the directions on the card in the room for problems, which said to call their tech helpers. I called their line 4 times and no human ever connected. A revolving recorded voice said to do this and that which never helped. at one time i was connected for over twenty minutes, figuring someone would answer, but never did.

No working phone in the room, only one set of towels for a room with two beds that the reservation was for two people. No complimentary cups with the ice bucket, and the front desk said they ran out of cups and only had lids, Only one working elevator on our side of the hotel, and because it had over 14 floors, it was extremely long wait to even be able to get on an elevator because they were completely full every time it stopped at our floor. Hotel was having a conference and the guests of the conference were very rude to regular hotel customers. Front desk host was very slow checking people and didn’t have any help, not very customer friendly when it comes to customer service. Tv reception was horrible and there was no inclement weather. If I didn’t live 3 hours away, we would have checked out and requested a refund and drove home after the concert we came to attend.
