The staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating. The room as clean and the beds were perfect. The amenities available in the room were more than expected. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were very happy with the selections and the staff again was wonderful! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Top hotel for an Auckland stopover
An excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is beautiful, with views of the water and the meal we had was extremely well cooked and very tasty! The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet Bathroom was great. We swam in the pool, which was nice but the spa didn’t look like it had been used for a while and needed a clean That’s my only niggle. It’s a super place to stay in a lovely location.

We enjoyed our 45th anniversary treat by staying at their Ambassador Suite and enjoying some superb dining. Car parking is easy. Great walk around the lagoon. Service from staff are excellent. all accompanied by smiles. Awesome!
