While we were at the property , in the bathroom the mirror fell off the wall onto my daughter's head. We filed a incident report. They came eventually to take the mirror out of the bathroom. We were not automatically offered anything and they even could not provide a second mirror for us. Eventually we were offered an upgraded room which was still being cleaned when we transferred and we had to wait to get in. The room was only upgraded by having a second room with a couch and TV that we did not really need because it was already past 9 pm and we were just going to go to bed anyway. I feel like a better solution would have been to reimburse us and give us the room for free as my daughter could have been seriously injured. I will say the lady behind the front desk, April, was a one woman show and did all she could to help us. Also, the housekeeping staff was very kind and gracious.

Nancy - My apology your bathroom mirror fell. I am happy to hear your daughter was not injured. I did speak with you in the front lobby and asked about your child. At that time you told me the mirror did not hit your daughter at all. The hotel was at full occupancy and sometimes it is difficult to move people into other rooms because they are occupied. Thank you for being our guest and enjoy the rest of your summer.

We had 3 families in our group that checked in at about 7 pm....the gentleman who checked us in was fantastic! There were several other people checking in or who needed assistance....he was very efficient, kind, , and helpful to everyone he served! The rooms were extremely clean...I am a clean freak...it was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable! Fridge and microwave in the room. . Breakfast had many hot and cold options that had to be taken to your room due to covid19.... excellent experience! We walked through the parking lot for a delicious meal at Outback with excellent service!
