It was a good place to stay. Our room was clean... no "musty" smell. One oddball observation - the ceilings in the room were quite high. So that being said, the shower isn't uncomfortable for taller people (like maybe 6 1/2 feet tall or so). The continental breakfast was fine. The area was kept clean and the food was good. They have the usual fare... waffle station, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. They have an indoor pool and an exercise room. Again, the usual items you would find there. The area was clean...7 or 8 machines with weighs as well. Only minor complaint...there was nothing to spray down the machines with after use. Plenty of towels... just no disinfecting cleaner. Finally, you aren't too far from mass transit into DC. A nice little bonus if you don't want to drive in and search for parking.

We were there for a soccer tournament so the hotel was busy. All the reviews I had read about how great the service was are accurate. I was most impressed with the staff serving breakfast. They were well staffed and handled the large number of guests amazingly well.

The room was up-to-date, spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It's in a great location, very convenient to the highway. No complaints, whatsoever and I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Amazing price for all that they offer

Pros: Cleanliness, staff, pool, and complimentary BF.
Location: The location is within walking distance to Firebirds grill, Costco and about 1-2 miles of Trader joes, several shopping centers and lake forest mall
I was pleasantly surprised with the price. The hotel was extremely clean, decor was very nice, room was a perfect size and smelled amazing. The indoor pool was a good size and is saltwater. My 3.5 year old loved the pool, the lifeguard on duty was extremely friendly and offered advise on teaching her how to swim. The complimentary breakfast was really good and they offered a great variety. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly cleaning and refilling food items. Overall a really nice experience and very affordable!

Great staff, great stay

Pros: Clean hotel, safe area, shuttle service, staff was willing to help me when I needed a late checkout.
Cons: I wish the shuttle ran during the day, not just morning/late afternoon.
Location: Quiet location in non-retail part of town. Not much to do nearby, but shuttle will take you to Shady Grove Metro station for easy access to DC area.
Clean, newer hotel in quiet, safe area. If I had any complaint, it would be that I wasn't clear on the shuttle hours of operation. Friendly staff, and decent free breakfast. On my last day there, I needed a late checkout (later than the usual late checkout), and was accommodated with no issues. Would stay here again.
