Was told establishment ran out of toilet paper and supervisor would not be there until the following day to go to a store to purchase more. Also told to leave my dirty towels outside my door and they would bring new ones but never did. Every time I went to the office they said I would have to wait for the cleaning lady and were unable to provide me with towels or toilet paper so I was forced to leave.

Price was good, but we didn't stay the 2nd night paid for or get a refund for the 2nd night. Other Motel 6's in the country have been good. What was unique with this one was all the empty rooms where they left a light on for us like the commercials say. Perhaps because of the many vacant rooms, it was noticeable whereas other Motel 6's were filled up. It seems unrepairable with the rust on the balconies and the water coming up through the floor planks where we stepped. With this prime real estate location, suggest it be demolished and build something new. As an architect, I suggest an interior hallway rather than exterior doors for the cold North Dakota winters.

Nope. Didn't even get out of the car. I decided the money wasted on this wasn't worth the problems, potential robbery, assault or worse that may have happened. I grew up in Bismarck and never would've imagined it becoming this bad. Sad. If you are a woman and or traveling alone, stay far from here.

People we’re going in and out all night long. The flooring was curled up and filthy, put down floor towel and it was dirty from the floor, the shower drain backed up in tub when you showered! Did not sleep good to much activity outside, doors slamming, car locking systems beeping, locking and unlocking! Not a good place to choose!

Was not able to check in. Staff was confused with computer. I left and drove to the next city east. Although I wasn’t able to check in, Travelocity and motel 6 were gracious enough to charge me for the stay. Won’t be using either in the future.

The person working the desk was very friendly, but too new to be alone, our check in took 30 mins, that is just not acceptable for a small not busy motel. The parking lot was full of trash and inside the room had an unknown substance all over the walls. I will not be staying again and I go to Bismarck a lot.

This is a very old motel 6. It was dirty. The outside had rusty railings, bad paint, non working pool, full garbage bags by almost every room door. This motel needs alot of TLC. Just bad all around. Every other hotel/motel in the area was booked due to many large events happening. If we could have stayed anywhere else we would have. I wish them luck getting the place fixed up.
