You'll be walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, Pleasant View Fields, the Elks Club and Core Power Yoga. The location is great access to everywhere. You'll be minutes from Pearl Street's shopping and restaurants, minutes to Boulder Reservoir, and direct shot to Lyons, Denver and the Foothills.
