The breakfast was great and the rooms were nice and clean. The elevator service was TERRIBLE!!!! There's 4 elevators and most times, there was only one working at any given time. The front desk tried to tell people they were just resetting them but after staying there for four days, that is NOT the case. At one point, we counted 30-40 people waiting for elevator service. Also, front desk attendants suggested taking the stairs. Excuse me what?? With 22 floors, you gotta be kidding me!!!

Clean, contemporary throughout.. glad to see there was a pool, even in a downtown hotel. My 2 minor complaints were who cold the pool was and would have loved a hot tub! The gentleman who checked us in did great, he recommended a lovely day hike for us!

The fact that my daughter and her friend came to stay at the hotel for the night and the confirmation never stated they would need to pay an additional 48.00 per night or 8.00 per hour for parking. These are college students and they don't have this kind of money. This should be written somewhere in the reservations.

A very clean property with helpful staff and a tasty breakfast offering. I was surprised by the $46 per day valet parking as the only option on site! Fortunately there were meters available on the street
